The contents seemed to have been packed as they were originally. The bidet works perfectly and looks brand new (we even have to unwrap the sticky plastic covers from the parts. Shipping was soon after completing the purchase thru USPS, which was a bit of an inconvenience because nowadays their services are bad, and they delayed the delivery date for a few days, not the sellers fault though

The water pressure is so much better and I get cleaner without having to press the button 3 or 4 times. It has a dryer which takes a little while to dry, but it is a nice feature. It was in excellent shape and every button works as it is supposed to. I am thrilled with this bidet and it was worth it.
