Based on the architecture and operating system of the iPhone, the system has high performance and reliability. The iPod Touch 2nd Generation is designed to operate as a miniature tablet. It is capable of playing games and video in addition to music. The iPod Touch has proven to be easy to use and capable of providing performance and style. This particular model is the MB533ll/A. The sleek black exterior provides a touch of elegance to the product. The Apple iPod Touch 2nd Generation is built around the iPhone OS 2.1.1. However, it can update to iOS 4.2.1, the same as the 2nd Generation iPad if you prefer. This enables it to run many of the apps available on the Apple Store. It can also accept Apple Gift Cards to pay for such items. It is compatible with iTunes, which is built directly into the iPod. This enables the user to compare prices across potential purchases without needing to turn to a computer for iTunes. The manual is also included on the device itself. Since it is so similar to other Apple devices, it uses similar commands. These include a multi-touch input system, voice-activated Siri search, and an onboard screen to type in commands. The device also has access to 128MB LPDDR DRAM. The 3.5-inch screen can display up to 480x320 pixels at 163 ppi, as well as 262,144 colors. Bright, true colors and clear pictures are the results. The iPod can access the Internet via an 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi connection. A built-in speaker and microphone are provided. A multi-function headphone jack and Bluetooth connectivity are included as well. You have plenty of options for connecting to accessories this way. 32GB of storage is available. Up to 16GB of this 32GB can be specifically allocated for user software. Plenty of app storage space is the result. The system is powered by a 3.7 V 2.73 W·h LiPo battery, which is recharged by the device's charging cable. It lasts up to six hours with the display on or twelve hours with the display off. It is compatible with many iPod accessories.The iPod is designed to play a large amount of content from MP3 files to videos. This includes items purchased from the built-in store, uploaded from other computers or iPods, or retrieved from apps. Users can bring over their purchases from a multitude of services and the iPod can play most file types and formats. Due to its wireless connectivity, it can be set to automatically update as it receives data or under other favorable conditions. The iPod can then receive trending uploads, check push notifications, and perform other functions.
