Simply Raymond - Simply Perfect
All excellent straightforward recipes which can readily be achieved in the home kitchen. There are no requirements for expensive exotic ingredients, nor do you need expensive equipment. Every recipe is clearly explained with lots of useful tips. I love this book and it is going to be used a lot.

Great recipes
There’s not many recipes in this book I wouldn’t try. Made first attempt at granola bars and although they didn’t look great first time, they tasted lovely and I’ll certainly make them again. I’m looking forward to trying more recipes from this book!

THE Best Cookbook around
Full of great recipes, stories and obviously fond memories of Raymond Blanc's mum & the region of France he grew up in. The recipes are easy to follow and exciting to cook !

Great recipes with mostly items you will already have in your cupboard
This book was listed as secondhand but I’ve not found any evidence of it being used! Lovely recipes.
