Just like Mom used
This is just like I remember my Mother using when I was young. I have bought 2 of these now and they are great. Very sharp. Very easy to use, and it follows every contour even very slight ones with ease with very little to no pressure. And it takes a very thin slice, not much of your vegetable wasted. Clogging up has not been an issue either. I've been canning carrots and potatoes and have peeled many pounds of both and have much more to do.
