I spent much time cleaning the plastic and spot cleaning all the white trim the best I could. She did negotiate but I feel I did overpay. This is a gift for my grandkids as a Halloween prop. I chose the one I thought was the best. After cleaning up it looks much better, they are pleased. I just wish this had been noted as in the photos you could not see the cleaning that it needed. Overall happy
