Item was Packaged and valued well and the item was likely described quite accurately before appearing that the shipper stepped into the center of the top of the medium sized square box, creating a large and deep hole in the top. Porcelain item was broken inside. I messaged the seller with pictures of the box and contents. The seller was very kind, polite and understanding. All my money was refunded that very day. Very smooth remedy to what is always awkward.
