Arrived all crumpled. The fabric and fur trim are stiff and uncomfortable. Snaps not strong enough to hold the face shield. The shield doesn't fit in the right spot on the face. Flap fastener strap is velcro and not so nice compared to the gray hat which had plastic clips on this strap. Sorry, I would not purchase again.

I don’t expect them to send me another one they worked with me and trying to confirm it was there for me. I will still use them as a seller not there fault great service and they tried to help me bast they could I will buy again when need . This seller is 5 star and u should buy from them not there fault what happened to me.this item goes for 100.00 or so with Lowe’s great value stolen out of mail box
