    Book / memoir

    I myself suffer from the stigma of bipolar disorder PTSD and treatment for it so this book is awesome and very relatable I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested from a doctor's perspective who struggled with her own idiosyncratics and personal struggle and self-doubt I'm paranoia of taking medications for treatment especially the treatment of lithium

    First hand look at depression through the eyes of someone who can describe it so well.

    This book was a great read the first time I sat and almost read the whole thing in one day, then the second time I read it, I found more to love about it. Definitely recommend.
