I wanted a new, UNDAMAGED book and didn't appreciate that after they took off the sticker and saw that the book was damaged, they still sent the book to me in that condition!

I contacted the seller with my concerns since the hairdryer was listed as new. The hairdryer also had a burning smell when I turned it on. They replied quickly and apologized, sending another hairdryer promptly. They stand by their sales and I would buy from them again for that reason. Shipping was quick.
