The condition is brilliant as it looks brand new from the Lego set. The value of it could be a little bit cheaper but it was ok. The appearance of it was fantastic as it wasn't damaged. For the second Chancellor Palpatine, I used his head and hands to swap them with Emperor Palpatines head and hands to create my custom made Darth Sidious mini figure and a custom made Chancellor Palpatine scarred and deformed minifigurs.
