No phone number to tell them that what I ordered was broken when I received it. The parking of the item was shabby. No one to talk to at ebay either. The only thing that I saw on the sellers website was."zno returns:". Everything about this order was unexceptable.

Seller was told to just mail it once the they could, but they chose to cancel the order by breaking ebay policy and lying about it being out of stock/broken. Instead of doing the right thing and simply reinstating or relisting the item, the seller simply refused communicating further because they were caught lying and breaking the policy.
