Their resending the product & giving discount coupon towards my next purchase to make it right. For that I'm giving the seller 5 stars. I appreciate that very much. Very understanding. The shipping box was very lightweight cardboard and there was no outer shipping box. When I received the order, all of the mounting hardware was missing and when I contacted the seller, the replacement hardware took 8 days to arrive.
