SHARP AND WELL-MADE
Just had wanted some spare SHARP paring knives matching the color (RED) of the decor of my kitchen; for the price I wasn't expecting how good these knives are. Very sharp, instead of using just for paring, can use to cut small pieces of thick meat wonderfully they are so sharp. Handles are plastic, but not cheaply made.
