It is a traditional bulb and not an LED. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I would have known that. Positive is that you can unscrew and open the red cover to exchange the bulb. I shall see how long it will work…

The tube was removed from its box and placed in a much larger box along with the tube and posted. What a waste !! It must cost you a fortune in packaging .
