The plastic arm that attaches to the figure and the plastic stand was way too long. The figure was above the platform and not sitting on it. Switching the faces was very hard because the pieces do not fit properly. The head piece had the shape of a hexagon while the neck piece is in the shape of a circle. I had to shave off some of the plastic for them to fit.

They offered to send a new one out and recommended to leave the product in the air for a few days to improve the smell. The new product has yet to arrive, but they let me see the completed piece before shipping to make sure I was happy. The original product has been left in the air and the smell has improved.
