They were thrown in a large box with one large piece of paper that did nothing and one side of the box was not securely closed. Plant chunks were tossed and turned and bent and broken. Sent seller a message and got no reply. Very unhappy, tried to root with no success, all dead!!! Major ripoff!

Unfortunately I damaged plant was I was packing to send back to seller. Seller’s response to whole thing is that plant will get more variegated. I highly doubt it since there is no variegation on the stems. Poor quality. Not good value for what I got. Plant did arrive in good condition. But their packaging was so wonderful that the plant was beautiful and fine, wrapped up in a puppy pad to preserve moisture, and lots of brown paper to keep it safe. Seller stated plant already shipped, and referred to the date the label was created the week before. I guess seller thought i couldn't read.....
