Excellent BT Receiver
I purchased this to modernize the head unit in my '08 Mako 284 Center Console. It works great! Connects quickly and sounds awesome! I highly recommend this upgrade as it is a high quality BT receiver. Installed in about 10 minutes with Ancor 16-14 heat shrink ring connectors and heat shrink tubing. Plugged right into my aux RCA jacks on the back of my Clarion Marine head unit. Couldn't be happier with the install. No more wires to my iPhone!

Add BT to your existing radio
I installed this on my 2006 Harley Ultra Classic with the stock HK radio. I had previously installed a rear AUX jack on the unit. You could just run an extension cable to the front. You will need an RCA to 3.5mm stereo adapter. Wired it to power and stuck it to the top of the radio, under the faring. Sound is excellent with no noise. Now I just use I Heart Radio app and it connects when I start my bike. FM reception was bad, so this is a major improvement on the sound. Well worth the price.

Great quality and works perfectly
One note, when you install this be sure to connect the red 12v wire to the system’s remote ignition wire. Otherwise it will remain on when the vehicle is turned off. I did not use the remote ignition wire on the unit at all, just taped it up. I recommend this item.

Can’t beat the price and ease of use

RCA’s worked 5 minutes
RCA’s worked 5 minutes. Purchased a brande new amplifier at the same time, this is what I hooked the audio pipe Bluetooth receiver too. Spent 8 hours troubleshooting to find the RCA’s where bad! Quiet the headache, hope this saves you time and money!
