If I hadn't already tried three different motors to fix my 30-year-old ski, I would have taken him up on it. The part arrived earlier than expected and matched the description. Finding reliable parts for an old ski is tricky, but I believe they wouldn't have sold it if they knew it was faulty. Plus, customer service was excellent—they even offered me a refund.
