Does what it says
Worked for me to get rid of a bad cyano outbreak in my saltwater reef tank. Took two treatments a week apart to get rid of all of it. Ran my skimmer after four hours of initial dosing but had to raise it three to four inches to keep from "over-foaming". Also added some air stones. Dissolved oxygen levels will drop a lot so don't turn skimmer off for too long, or add air to keep DO concentrations from dropping too low. A must have for a reef tank that occasionally gets cyano and you want fast safe results.
When all else fails this product works wonders really. As it says it does not harm corals, fish, or any pods in the tank, even my snails fared ok, just be sure to aerate strongly for 2 days while dosing, and if possible remove skimmer cup & allow it to just overflow aerating instead of skimming. All cyano was gone in 4 days and i treated for the 48 hrs. as specified. All my corals look healthier & are growing again and my bottom substrate is snow white again, i plan to use this as a future preventive at 1st sign of any cyano in future. Ill simply do the dose 2 days before a planned water change so no big deal. The 3rd pic with the Royal Gamma shows the cyano before dosing other pics now show a clean tank remarkable results!

CHEMICLEAN-UP
Have been using this product for years. I most cases does require two treatments. Red Slime and Red Hair algae will disappear in a matter of days. Turning off protein skimmer is a must. This product will make it instantly overflow. Extra O2 is also needed during treatment. Water change and cleaning of filter pad or sock is highly recommended after full treatments are completed. Adjustment of protein skimmer will be needed after re-start a few times till normal operation. Never effected any of my corals or fish. Works every time

Magic
This product is like magic... in 48 hours your cyano will be gone. But you have to use it with caution ... pull out your skimmer cup during the treatment and let the skimmer overflow for oxigenation. In my case i've made the WC after 36 hours because i saw a same of my acros had their polyps retracted . Does the job

This really gets rid of Cyanobacteria
Got rid of my algae in less than 2 days, would definitely recommend Chemi-clean to get rid of cyano. First is Feb 7 and second is Feb 9. This will ONLY get rid of cyano, since it is a bacteria and not an algae.

No more red slime!

Seems appropriate.
Followed the instructions to the letter and it worked. After the 48 hour period I cleared the existing Red Algae off the rock work and substrate and it has not come back, which it always did before treatment. My only criticism is that the instructions do not stipulate US or Imperial gallons, I assumed US gallons as it is an American product sourced from the USA, thus talking to a domestic audience. It might possibly be a good idea to state that it does not dissolve the Red Algae but, I assume, kills it and thereby stops it coming back.
