I had to take out the insole it came with because I wear orthotic insoles due to not having a arch on my feet. So my insoles do have my feet push up on the top of the shoe but they are not tight at all they do pop out just a bit in the back when I'm walking but its fine. So I give it a 8 out of 10. Hope this review helps someone else.
