    The item arrived in a new condition sealed and mint in box as described by the seller, it took the shipment to be delivered less than 10 days, the seller kept this retired set in a perfect condition although it is a retired set that was released in 2009, and was offered in a decent price compared to other sellers that sold it in a higher price range and most of the displayed ones were pre-owned sets, highly recommend the seller

    Classic design, striking and endearing.

    This is a classic design by Lego. The colors, shapes, and mechanics all come together in a striking but endearing look. I've watched some tips and tricks on Youtube by people who have slightly modified the original mechanics to make this train run more smoothly with Lego Power Functions; so I would recommend you do a little research after you build it, but before you purchase and install any Power Functions. My only concern about the product is that a very few small brown pieces cracked a bit while I was building the passenger car, but that was the only incident of this in all the Lego sets I've built, so perhaps it was an anomaly? All in all, a great product, and one that will add much to my family's Lego village.

    A beautiful Lego build steam engine

    This is a beautiful train set. No complicated built technics and yet the locomotive and cars look great. The Gold trimmed dark green body pieces makes this set look elegant. Shame its long retired and available sets are not cheap but if you can swing it I highly recommend a sealed new set. I added the Lego power functions motor and lights (not included in the set) The train was meant to run!!!

    REALISTIC TRAIN!

    This is a awesome set. This is one set that has a more authentic look of the old real locomotives. Great detail!

    The amazing lego train.

    Hello, I've been looking for the correct lego train for a while now and I decided that this train was the one! It is the best old fashioned train that was produced by lego. It is very detailed and I bought it very expensive, but it was worth it. This model is just what I've been looking to put under the Christmas tree. I'm very happy! So thank you for selling this to me. It will become more expensive in the future :) kind regards Hugo

    Nice addition to my collection!

    Love the fact that I have this set now to enhance my collection of trains.... Hoping that all the pieces are there as I have not had an opportunity to put it together - hopefully during or shortly after Christmas.
