    Best and most effective diet ever

    Used this about 15 years ago to lose nearly 30 pounds in a couple months and after being married for nearly 17 years, I could stand to restart it. Only one I have ever really tried that definitely works. Try it, what do you have to lose but weight & quickly at that.

    Great diet

    It's more then a diet, it's an eating life style changer. I always feel 100% better, have more energy and look good when I'm doing Adkins.

    Atkin's Diet

    This diet is very good. I am type 2 diabetic. Following this diet I find I have a lot more energy. Besides losing weight, I have been able to cut back on some of my medications. I am pleased with the results so far.
