    Informative and well written

    I enjoyed reading the book, and was amazed at the facts that I didn't remember as a young Middle School student of the time. I really enjoy the writing style these two authors use. I am now reading their third book, and I would recomend them all as an informative look back at some of our most historic moments.

    Black and White Imagery.

    I Do remember hearing the news about the Dallas tragedy. I recall Where I was Clearly. The book re-told so much but offered new and fair perspective on a sad and often sensationalized piece of American history. I still have questions, and like most of us, always will. Ties into the revelations of today, with a dim light on the doubt of what we hear as opposed to the reality of what occurred. Offers a ' Magic Bullet' analogy, but still sounds dubious. Popular media obscured the truth behind the Kennedy family but this offers some vague details that are off the pages of most historical accounts of the period. " Watch my Right Hand " .... the left hand is out of the picture again. Still going on.

    Very Engaging History Review

    This book gives an inside view of history as it was unfolding. I've had a hard time putting it down because it is so interesting. Good job, Bill O"Reilly & Martin Dugard! I also recommend another of their books, "Killing Lincoln."

    Amazing details about Kennedy's day to today life. Then the sudden dark tragedy of death by assassination. This family has had so many extreme ups. An

    I've read several books on the President Kennedy and seen various documentaries on this unspeakable tragedy. Though I am not a fan of Mr. O'Reilly, this book went above and beyond expectations. In my world we would say: "May President Kennedy's life be eternal."

    Book is worth reading if you have interests in history of the 60's.

    Interesting book but I don't agree with the conclusion. Don't understand how an educated person can believe that Oswald acted alone in the assassination of JFK. Authors did present interesting background information.
