Instructions could be clearer
Excellent product but not clear what happens to withheld calls which are used by doctors & hospitals & are obviously very important to many people. Answer is that withheld is treated the same as any numbers which are not on your allowed list. The caller has to say who they are & then you can answer them. A withheld call cannot be saved for next time as the actual number used could be different. If the caller has given their name but you are absent & miss the call it should go to the answer machine. For an expected vital call from a doctor etc probably best to switch off the blocker temporarily. Otherwise very efficient at stopping unwanted calls. The phone doesn't even ring if a name is not given & the blocked call appears on your calls list later to be deleted or saved as required.

Great features
Brillant phone ....phone book so I dont have to look up numbers, large numbers and loud ring tone. It blocks nuisance calls and lots of other features. It is also great value for money. Thank you.

New BT Answer/Telephone
This phone is everything I was looking for. Packed with features, easy set up - took a little time to programme all our contacts and numbers - would highly recommend.

Cordless phone & answering machine
This phone is attractive to look at and seems easy enough to set up even though I've only done the basics so far. The answer phone voice is clear and the ringing sound is as loud or quiet as you need. So far I'm very happy with it thank you .. lots more to find out about it yet!

Easy to use phone
This is a really useful handset with answerphone, nice size push buttons and illuminated, loads of great features , good value for money !

Brilliant buy one folks saves nuisance calls
Plugged it in charged it up set date time very easy see to do do I unblock one number straight away that I didn't want to answer excellent value for money recommended to all you people out there BT 4600 get 1 and block any nuisance calls that you don't want

Refurbished phone excellent value
A BT phone with handset enabling high quality conversations anywhere in the property. Has a call blocking option, but is very complex to set up. Other valuable features include an answerphone and contacts list. One excellent idea is the option to record any ongoing call, thus making it unnecessary to struggle with holding the handset and making notes with the other hand at the same time.

Big & beautiful
Simple to set up & operate. No fancy gimmicks. Connecting additional handset was easy. Answerphone - child's play. Amplified button good but could provide a better increased volume level. Wide range of rings available.

An easy phone to use.
The phone is a good size and the buttons are larege enough for my large fingers. The volume is also good as I am hard of hearing. The screen is large and bright and clear to read. Entering your phone numbers into the memory is straight forward and made easy.

Does What it Says on the Packet
Great value phone, easy to use, and with the built in BT Call Guardian it is very useful. The call guardian works very well and is very easy to set up. Just remember to put your friends and family on the VIP list including the FULL number, so that they don't have to announce their names first.
