I have dozens of these pre-release cards and they're all basically mint. The only thing I can think of is that this feedback was left for the wrong person. This person makes 100's of purchases per month, so it wouldn't surprise me. I can say one thing with certainty, though, which is that this person never reached out to me to let me know about an issue. I would have fixed it if so. Oh well.... happy hunting, everyone!
