I suspect they did not have the item listed for sale, and have harvested another sellers listings to get your money. EBay needs to look at this sellers activity. I got a refund, as my purchase was protected but no response from the seller when I chased it up, and no communication at all when I asked for tracking details, or if they had sent the item.
