The appearance/condition was great, and overall an amazing value for a handmade good. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit the bag I had in mind as the loop of my bag is asymmetrical. The purchase and return process with Sam was easy, and it is no small feat to run a sustainable leather business. Would recommend to anyone looking to support a great business!
