The new item did not have a spring in the bulb as the picture described, but after contacting the dealer, he explained that he had contacted Stihl, and the new part is OEM, but they no longer are shipping with the spring inside. I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it.
