    Get it & Do Better

    My favorite hero and president or our national nurse anesthesia association shared that he read this book 4 times. So I ordered it. I'm almost finished and can't wait to read it again and practice the simple principles. I see really nice changes in the outcome any conversation I apply the principals written this book. Get it ! And do Better!

    Excellent condition and Read

    Must love book for anyone, like myself, who is struggling to make conversations easier when you have a hard time with them such as I. The book is in a 9/10 condition. The only flaw is the name on the bottom if the binding but all else is well.
