They handled my items with care (even including addtl bubble wrap for my popping pleasure!), and made sure my items shipped in pristine condition. The items were new and unopened as described, and a stellar value/price after auction. They also included some cute stickers and a friendly handwritten note (which I don’t want to say comes standard because idk), which made me feel even better as a new customer. Some bonus stickers were also included. However, the seller didn’t respond to offers, even though the listing had the “Best Offer” option. Enabling Best Offer just to attract attention to the listing is not a good practice. The seller also ignored my questions about the card’s condition, which is especially disappointing for a collectible promo card. It wasn’t nefarious, it seems offers may be default unless changed. After purchase, I did see somehow I missed the notifications for your msgs. While I’m not sure how I did, it’s on me, & I’d be frustrated too. As there’s so many things that can go awry w/a purchase (carrier shipping time/handling, differing expectations, etc.), responding to inquiries should be an easily avoidable snag. Please lmk if there’s any way to make it right.
