Well, I purchased the product from the seller and I did not picked the carrier. He did. He should be an adult about it and send a replacement order since he is responsible for the order to show up to my doorstep, yet he decided to act like a crook. Hope you get kick out eBay eventually. We do not sell caster wheels as explained to you sir. The claim with UPS is still open and we have sent you claim number.

I contacted the seller and got a response asking if the package was damaged when it arrived. It was not damaged, so the seller checked his stock, but they were out, so he could not get another kit to me in a timely manner, so he gave me a full refund for the purchase. I think this shows mistakes can happen to anyone, but being a good business man he did the right thing,

The new item did not have a spring in the bulb as the picture described, but after contacting the dealer, he explained that he had contacted Stihl, and the new part is OEM, but they no longer are shipping with the spring inside. I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it.
