    Total Riveting Film !!!

    Another masterpiece from Scorcese ... Deniro , Pesci and Liotta shine in this taut movie Goodfellas takes you on ride like no other , full of "edge of your seat " moments , one scene that I remember involves Lorraine Bracco (excellent) and Robert Deniro outside of an entrance into a building that he tries to persuade her to enter with the plan of executing her ?? very intense moment !!! One of the best scene's in film history has to be the montage of executions with the music of Layla (instrumental portion) in the background , most effective . Robert Deniro of course always the great actor, Joe Pesci a standout here (Oscar winner) , Ray Liotta proves he can hang with heavyweights The screenplay is top notch, the soundtrack- perfectly suited , all around , just a superb movie ...

    Goodfellas~

    Great movie, Great actors~especially Lorraine Bracco!! hardly any mention of her performance as Karen in this movie..she is a Fantastic Actress! and she holds her own, right up there with the guys in this film, and her character PORTRAYAL of a mob wife is SO BELIEVABLE! She is a Natural, and a great ASSET in this movie! And, her Jersey accent (real or not) was perfection!! A "5-STAR Actress" all the way~👍👏👏👌!!

    A special note of "Goodfellas"!

    Great movie, one of the best! It's a timeless classic that has all around excellent performances by a great cast, not to mention directed by one of the greats, Martin Scorsese! The special features are a big plus!

    One of my all time favorites.

    My first time watching this movie, I was so captivated that I only paused it once to go to the bathroom. Even today when I watch this, I'm still engaged (I watched it the first time 12 years ago). In the genre of gangster films, this ties with the Godfather I and II. If you are in the mood for something slow and cunning, watch the Godfather. If you are looking for something more fast paced, Goodfellas is the way to go.
