The seller originally accidentally cancelled by order by mistake but was very quick in apologizing and immediately setup a new order to be done which wasn't a problem since they were so quick and honest with it. They were very pleasant and quick with answering all my questions in a timely manner. The ring arrived exactly as described and looks immaculate.
