The laptop (Lenovo X270) is as describe, with only some cosmetic signs of ware/marks (mostly on edges and bottom). The order was processed & sent quickly, the delivery arrived within the stated dates. The service was great because upon arrival I discovered one two system batteries had failed, contacting the seller was great, fast responses to messages and they were happy to make an acceptable compromise for me. GREAT SELLER, would defiantly recommend!
