I was disappointed that i had to contact the seller after a week to find out what happened to my order. I was not able to track the shipment either. The shipping label was printed when I ordered and that was all i could track. The post office finally did receive 1 week later and then 3 days later I received. Thank goodness i finally received because it a gift.

Item should NEVER been sold as it was damaged (and not wearable) probably during manufacturing. Nothing about its condition was described during the selling auction. Throwing this item away. I will say that the seller did refund me which I appreciate. Shipping time is ok. Packaging good. Other items purchased from this seller were ok, so I will say that I recommend this seller. Everyone makes mistakes.

The earrings in the size I ordered are quite different from the first photo in the description. They were shipped quickly and packaged well. However, they were not what I was expecting and the seller provided a return label. I would do business with this seller again.
