They were packaged securely, which is important when sending sunglasses across the country! The sunglasses and accessories were exactly as described.     Seller advertised sunglasses as unopened and charged a premium for that. I bought 2 pairs, and contacted the seller before shipment to make sure that the glasses were indeed unopened. Both pairs I received had been opened and then taped shut again with transparent tape. I contacted the seller, and I was told that I had to request them not to open and check the items before shipping, which I had done! So I feel scammed for having paid a premium for sealed glasses which were delivered unsealed!!!

    Strike when the deals are hot!!!

    I've been wearing Oakley sunglasses for many years. As of late, I have a couple of Frogskins with different lenses to suit the day. These Oakley Valve shades however are my current eyewear of choice as the summer sun definitely requires major protection from, and the Valve delivers. With the Polarized black iridium lenses and the wide side pieces, my eyes get all the protection they need without sacrificing any visual deficiency. And besides that, they look cool! These shades were on a super sale at the time of purchase, who was I to say no to that!! For me it was win/win and I'm glad I made the choice.

    Top notch

    Really like these sunglasses. They are well made, particularly the hinges which seem to be a weak point in many of the competitors. Lens are very effective at blocking UV light. I do tree work for a living and so far have held up very well. They look great and am very pleased with my purchase.

    Affordable Oakley's

    Seem to be sturdy and well made. They fit snugly and comfortably. The dark gray tinted lenses make super sunny days easy on the eyes, making objects clear and crisp. Best pair of shades I've ever owned. Hopefully they will be as durable as they seem to be. Oakley's aren't just a status name, they are backed by quality as well. I may buy another pair of Oakley's of a different style just for variety.

    Great shades!

    These are some excellent sunglasses and it is nice to know that they are actually protecting my eyes rather than hurting them like glasses without full UVA/UVB protection. However, they are not adjustable and the ear pieces extend well behind my ears causing the glasses to bounce up and down on my nose a little excessively while running or walking fast. Also, although these ARE quality shades, the price reflects the name of Oakley as much as anything else, I highly doubt there are very many sunglasses out there that are actually worth what these things go for!

    I’m happy

    I bought these to replace a pair of straightlinks that I loved. I can live with these but they’re nowhere near as good. They’re very light, almost cheap feeling, there’s no hinge, and I’m going to have to super glue the nose piece on. It comes off with just simple wiping or normal wear. Negatives aside, the deep water prizm lenses are awesome, the overall lens size is a bit big, but the coverage is great and blocks out almost all of the sun. I could take or leave the included lanyard. I use it, but I wouldn’t bother replacing it if it were lost or damaged.
