Very happy with the product - so much faster than the old laptop.Folks, when your buying a computer look for the processor to be an i5 or i7 in the 8000 series.E.g. I bought an i5 8350. Don t buy anything slower than an 8000 series.Also I was so glad it still had Windows 10 because that is what I have used for years. I ve tried W11 and found it a pain because it is a lot different to 10 and I don t need that learning curve thankyou! Now I m showing my age!

As for the packaging - it was unreal - a ton of bubble wrap that could protect a T90 tank! Again great. Finally, lots of emails tracking the express post delivery, so again - GREAT. EXPRESS DELIVERY - delayed by airline re-scheduling flight; not the fault of anyone but the airline! Happy customer despite slight delay in delivery
