I contacted the supplier because I had made a mistake I wanted and wanted the DV R 4685-8channel. I was told it was no problem. The order was placed Thursday morning I received the DVR 4685 on the following day Friday around lunch time. By Royal Mail. the DVR was well rapped and in perfect condition brand spanking new. I purchased this to replace an existing DVR that was faulty, the old one was removed and the new one fitted and working 30 min
