I then had numerous excuses and delays including wanted me to go 2 miles to do an exchange with where it could have been sent in error. Seller asked me to close the open return case so she could do a direct refund, I did this and let her know, twice, and am now getting no response. I rate this seller 0 out of 10 and am still waiting for refund

Shame that the postage is so expensive considering i bought 6 from this person and didn't get any of the postage off, at nearly £2 per item and they all came in one envelope . I didn't realise they were all from the same seller, normally when this happens I get a message saying I could either have extra item or a refund on the postage but not in this case, shame as I would have bought more.
