No stricture to the bed; when taking into account how compact it was during shipping and how that permanently creased the item, it ends up falling in on itself 100% of the time. Cannot keep the thing stable enough for my cat to go inside. Tried contacting the seller and heard nothing back. Maybe ebay can help me. Poor item. Does not look like the photos.
