    Received as described and in good order. Packing could have been a little better I was just placed in a box with foam and allowed to bounce around inside of the box. No damage though so all is good and I am happy with this purchase.

    Not the best on communication. I never received my item. I received notice of refund(rather quickly) as they could not fill my order. I initiated all contact. It would have been better business to just tell me they never had my item to ship anytime before its arrival was late and I was asking questions.

    All in All A good Helmet

    The LCD is very clear to see through I never thought that I would use shade 12 for welding. But its so clear you can see everything that is going on when welding. The not so good thing about the helmet is the shape of the outer shell Where the helmet comes down to the chin needs to tuck in a bit more. If you are welding in a standing position and you need to look down the chin part of the helmet hits your chest. So you need to stoop a little forward. placing a little more stress on your back.

    Great helmet would recommend

    Amazing Helmet, so clear at resting shade i keen going to pull it down to weld but it is already down. Very light weight and head gear is very comfortable. When welding shade is blue and easy on the eyes.

    It's expensive, but you are getting a top notch product.

    probably costs more than it should, and the field of view is a downgrade from my last one, but it is a superior product and I'm still a satisfied customer. The weight savings and adjustments in the headgear alone made it worth it for me. No more arc flash on low amp or out of position situations. Would give 5 stars if the field of view was closer to my old one, I find I'm tipping my head/neck more than a used to, and that aggravates an old neck injury. Would still buy again, I have some more adjustments in the headgear to try.

    Amazing

    Best welding helmet I've used by far! Comfortable, lightweight and killer optics. So light of shade (2.0) its basically as good as normal vision. I highly recommend this product.

    What an sharing visual experience.

    Optrel comes thru again with the next generation that started out with the satellite model. This model offers clarity in light state is stunning and shadowing of the weld pudfle is minimized.
