    Building a 4L60e? Go pinless!!

    These Sonnax pinless accumulator pistons are a good cheap upgrade and better than the original. Had my tranny rebuilt for power and I just didnt like how it felt so I went ahead and replace the forward accumulator piston and also the 1-2 and 2-3 pistons as well my shifts hold good and firm and I love it. Even if you are going to flip the pistons its still worth going with these pinless because they seal a whole lot better, when I pulled out the old ones (actually new aluminium pistons) they still had some leakage at the pin hole these eliminate that and with the double seal they will not leak. If your building a 4L60e even if its a stock setup just get them!!

    Quality parts .form fit and function is amazing

    Easy to install does what it says and works very well and I have abused my transmission via tuning initially and then installing a turbo on my truck. These are keeping everything working well. Just wish I would have got these 20k miles ago

    On the fence

    I bought this item for a 4L 60 E transmission valve body repair I actually bought two of these one of them went fine but the other one when trying to put the O ring on it it wouldn’t sit right I so I couldn’t use it. Which in the end did kind of work out because you shouldn’t use these anyways you should just stick with stock OEM parts especially for a shift accumulator just put back exactly what you took out
