It’s a bit lumpy when you first get it, but after a few weeks of use it’s not as lumpy anymore and is very comfortable. There were also lots of loose threads when I first got it, so the construction of the piece could be improved slightly, but nothing you can’t fix with two minutes and a pair of scissors. At this price point I am very happy with this purchase.
