    Awesome oil pan gasket, well made.

    If your oil pan has the thick front seal this gasket is for you. There are no leaks at all with this gasket. NOTE: If your dip stick tube extends into your oil pan, then you must trim the inner portion of the circle of the gasket. This is the area identified by the red circle shown in the picture provided below. If your dip stick tube does not extend into your oil pan then you don't have to trim the gasket. I'm talking about your dip stick tube, not your dip stick. For me my dip stick tube extended down into the oil pan approximately 1-1/2". With this condition your gasket won't sit properly. For me my dip stick sits on the driver side of the engine that's why I placed the red circle on that side of the gasket. Good luck.

    Best SBC oil pan gasket.

    This seems to be THE oil pan gasket for SBCs. I have used this gasket on several different SBCs with great success. The plastic click lock retainers make installing the pan while the motor is in the car so much easier. Highly recommend!!
