The new item did not have a spring in the bulb as the picture described, but after contacting the dealer, he explained that he had contacted Stihl, and the new part is OEM, but they no longer are shipping with the spring inside. I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it. This is a good value for a genuine part.

The seller did file the paperwork for tracking a lost package, but USPS could not find it. They were very fast in getting USPS to track & keeping me updated on the process.
