The item was well packaged and came at an acceptable time. The hoover was fine. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later a little catch fell of as it had broken. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent a replacement which was also well packaged. This is the kind of service you want but don't always get. I have peace of mind that he will honour the warranty and would definitely recommend them.

Item genuine, exactly as shown in photo and described + 2 attachments. Comes with a 1 year motor warranty. Model no longer available new, so you'll only find it 2nd hand.
