I stamped it too hard & went all the way thru the pad as shown in photos. After that & reading the instructions I stamped much much more carefully & still the pad indents very easily and using my stamp left globby unreadable results (it is a stamp with only text). I sent my pictures (as below) of my futile stamping attempts. Color was paler than expected too. At this point this stamp pad is useless.
