Extremely thin gold plating rubbed off with a soft cloth in other areas. The plating quality s beyond poor. I was told to return it for a replacement or I could upgrade it to a 'real' gold bezel at over double the cost. She also didn't tell state that we also offered to exchange the pendant for the Sterling Silver Frame version, and to refund the difference in price. We also, as always, told the buyer they could return it for a refund. It makes no sense to us why the buyer did not return it.
