Disappointed with the quality control. Contacted seller they offered a refund if shipped back. The issue is, the customer in measing the inside circumference and comparing that calculation to the outside circumference. The Outside Circumference of the belt is always larger. In this case, this 3VX345 is 34.5 outside circumference. I know how to measure a belt. Regardless of what the stamp on the belt has written on it, your belt was smaller than listed by ALOT. I also see this all the time, sellers that do not have a clue about the products they sell and continue to lie to their customers that their products are what they say they are. You want a belt that is not correct, buy from this guy.
