I ordered a size to small , I contacted them , they replied within 24 hrs , it was returned and a new one a size larger was with me within the week , they even arranged postage for a day I was home . The leather is soft and flexible and the coat is in good condition, fits well and looks good. I normally take size 2XL but ordered this coat in 3XL so it fits well over winter wear.
